What is it?
An indoor/outdoor program that is built for YOU! Our program utilizes calisthenics, body weight exercises, and dumbbell exercises with interval and cross training methods. Our style will keep your body guessing, “What’s next?!”
Why Fitness Boot Camp?
With our program you will never have to worry about hitting a plateau on your journey to weight loss. With our high intensity work outs you can burn up to 800-1000 calories a session! You’ll gain strength, endurance, and confidence, all the while losing all that excess fat! Meet your Coach!!
Hi, my name is Alyssa Cantu and I am on a mission to help YOU accomplish your fitness goals. I have a passion to bring fitness into everyone’s life. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology- Exercise Science and a Minor in Health. I am an E4 in the Texas Army National Guard, currently going through Officer Candidate School. I am a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, and am actively training as a Mix Martial Artist. I am certified through The National Institute of Preventive Medicine, and a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer. I have worked with a large spectrum of clients for the past 5 years.
